- In 2007 Plastic cosmetic surgeon Dr. Milan Doshi and his brother Mr. Paresh Doshi(MBA) had started Vardaan hospital, a multi specialty cosmetic clinic at Goregaon West.

The Vardaan Hospital, a 5-Story Building consists of 20 beds including 6 Suit Rooms, spacious and comfortable surroundings equipped with ultra-modern technology for providing transparent, genuine, and advanced medical treatment adhered to value for money in a homely environment.
- In 2008 it converted to a specialty center for plastic and cosmetic surgery as well as maternity and Gynec hospitals in order to accomplish the aim of giving our every patient a homely feeling so that they should achieve the best recovery with the utmost comfort and safety.
- In 2008 we have implemented ISO-system in order to keep improving and maintaining standards in the quality of the services.
- Patients’ trust and support have been increased day-by-day and thus in 2009 cosmetic division Allure Medspa was started the aim was to provide cosmetic surgery and non-surgical treatment under one roof.

The same year in 2009 we became one of the first few in offering SMART LIPO-LASER LIPOSUCTION and can say that we have been very first in endeavoring breakthrough in the plastic & cosmetic surgery fraternity.
- In 2010 we have introduced patient management software to keep the record of our patients and serve them better.
- In 2011 we were first to bring Lysonix, a USA FDA approved Ultrasound liposuction technology in India. By introducing this major breakthrough Dr. Doshi became a most prominent name in the cosmetic world and has also become a trainer/mentor of many other cosmetic surgeons across India and learned them liposuction.
Since Goregaon center is in the very happening area and celebrities are finding little inconvenience, therefore we have started Allure Medspa at Andheri West for keeping the comfort of celebrities in mind.
- In 2012 a new center at Andheri West location was started- Allure Medspa, a highly sophisticated, well equipped, exclusive center for cosmetic skin and cosmetic non-surgical treatment. Even though the Andheri center is 4000 sq. feet big, but in order to maintain the privacy and safety of surgery, we have decided to continue doing surgery at Goregaon center only.
- In 2013 with the view of giving undivided attention & unmatched result as a core concern of Allure Medspa, Dr. Milan Doshi is exclusively focused on cosmetic surgery to give the best results and thus giving 100% time and energy and does every surgery himself.
- Now the Allure Medspa became a very famous name in offering the unmatched result and got recognition in the cosmetic world and become the first choice for other cosmetic surgeons as well. With increasing queries from other plastic surgeons, a step ahead in the success & recognition Dr. Milan Doshi started the fellowship training program in 2013 by which a huge number of cosmetic surgeons got benefited. Almost 50 cosmetic surgeons have come as a visiting fellow for the training program of 1 to 6 months’ duration and they are successfully practicing across India as a cosmetic surgeon and proudly spreading the mission of ‘Beauty for all’.
