He has been a meritorious student since his childhood and However, he has achieved many credits earned and got the scholarship program during his school days and his arduous virtue was approved. At the age of 16, he moved from a small village to the town of Vallabh Vidyanagar for further studies at that time there was no higher secondary schools in the village. This way of study & living life made him so disciplined and mannered in his study and from then to further study in the medical science he achieved everything on his own credit of diligence, hardworking, and a passion to learn more with in-depth knowledge and practical experience.

Being a studious student, he got success in getting admission in the prestigious BJ Medical college of Ahmedabad and completed 5 and half years of the medical program with an MBBS degree in 1992. He did complete the General Surgery from the renowned Sheth KM School of Post Graduate and earned the residential training from the associated hospital of Sheth VS Hospital and Shree SCL Hospital, Ahmedabad, Furthermore, adorned with the M.S. Degree in General Surgery from Gujarat University 1997.

Thereafter, he came to Mumbai and worked as a senior registrar in major reputed best hospitals in Mumbai, India.

He has worked with Stalwarts of various medical specialties that made his mind to do super specialties and learn the latest medical technology as he always is ahead with the time.

Being a born artist and conferred with many awards & recognition since school days for art & drawing competition and as a district & state level champion without any formal training, which motivated him to choose plastic & cosmetic surgeries. And he got delighted to be a plastic surgeon as he has found that his passion for art and becoming a best plastic surgeon is fulfilling here.

Again he moved to B.J. Medical College, for plastic surgery training. The plastic surgery department of Civil Hospital has been one of the most engaging departments where all of the complicated and reconstructive surgery cases are referred from all over Gujarat and bordering states and it can be counted as a vast surgical experience one can have during training. He did earn M. Ch. (Plastic & Reconstructive surgery degree) after a vigorous training program from Gujarat University in the year 2002.

He has been selected for fellowship in Microvascular Surgery, considered as one of the finest surgical skills from Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Taipei, Taiwan, which is famous as one of the most renowned plastic surgery centre in Taiwan.

After completing the Microvascular surgery fellowship, Dr. Milan Doshi moved to Mumbai in 2003 and from that time he is continually giving contributions in the field of plastic & cosmetic surgeries and got recognition. And make a remarkable presence in the cosmetic fraternity due to advanced microvascular training and solving the complex surgery cases set him apart with the title of dexterous surgeon, who work on the principle of hard work, patient care, surgical skills, and patient’s friendly approach made him able to serve more than 250 small & large hospitals of Western Suburbs in Mumbai just within 3 years.

Seeing his skill,dedication and generosity to teach colleague he got selected as a faculty of Microvascular Surgery at the Ethicon Institute of Surgical Education & Division of Johnson & Johnson as well.

At the same time, his contribution made him a recognized one in the cosmetic fraternity and achieved credit for the same make his mind to start his own hospital.

In 2007, he has started his first endeavor with Vardaan Hospital in front of the Goregaon Railway Station. It is a 20-bedded hospital equipped with all the cutting-edge technology, advanced facilities and standard safety & hygiene measure.

As the number of surgeries was increasing rapidly and to provide their all cosmetic needs surgically or non-surgical, he started cosmetic division, Allure Medspa in 2009 with LASERS & cutting-edge equipment. And to do justice the need for every patient a non-surgical department has been opened now and invited reputed cosmetic dermatologists to join the practice.

Technology

In the year 2009, Dr. Milan Doshi started using Laser Liposuction known as Smart Liposuction. And become the first surgeon to use Ultrasonic Liposuction, i.e., Lysonix technique in 2011. He developed indigenous modifications in the technique and become a national trainer for the same for both national & international surgeons.
